Group Sessions & Retreats

Group Classes - Abigail will tailor a group class for your special event whether it is to relax before your wedding day, a team-building work event, or a friends’ weekend away. From gentle to sweaty and in between Abigail will plan the class that fits your group participants and your event.

Retreats - Abigail can facilitate a stand alone yoga retreat or add yoga to a health or fitness retreat. Topics for classes include: introduction to meditation, yoga for your body type, yoga anatomy, yoga for athletes, prenatal and postnatal, family yoga, yoga for relaxation, and stress management through yoga. Retreat classes could also focus on yoga fundamentals - such as the 8 limbs of yoga or pose based yoga such as inversions, warrior series, or core strength. Abigail specializes in helping students adapt yoga for their bodies and needs whether to work on an injury or health issue or to help with fitness and lifestyle.
